1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 749pub website, mobile site, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform or create an account.

Acceptable forms of identification include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID), SSS ID, GSIS ID, or any government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.

2.2 Account Registration Requirements

To create a 749pub account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Date of birth (must be 21 years or older)
• Valid email address registered in your name
• Philippine mobile telephone number capable of receiving SMS messages
• Residential address in the Philippines
• Preferred currency (PHP – Philippine Peso)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to be conducted by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions and activities.

2.3 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are strictly prohibited from creating or using a 749pub account:

• Persons under 21 years of age
• Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law
• Individuals who have previously been excluded or banned from 749pub or any other online gambling platform
• Employees, officers, directors, or contractors of 749pub or its affiliated entities
• Immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) of 749pub employees
• Persons acting on behalf of another individual (third-party accounts are prohibited)

You may only register one account with 749pub. Multiple accounts (commonly known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts registered under the same individual, all accounts will be closed, bonuses voided, and winnings forfeited.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Deposits

749pub accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, bank transfers (InstaPay, PesoNet), and over-the-counter cash deposits at authorized payment centers. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 (fifty Philippine Pesos). There is no maximum deposit limit unless specified by your chosen payment provider.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts not registered to you) are prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed, your account being suspended, and potential forfeiture of funds.

749pub does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (GCash, Maya, bank) may apply their own transaction fees. Deposits are typically credited to your 749pub balance within 30 seconds for e-wallet transactions and up to 24 hours for bank transfers.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, provided your account is in good standing and you have completed all required Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). There is no daily or monthly withdrawal limit.

All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review period of up to 24 hours, during which 749pub verifies the legitimacy of the transaction. Once approved, withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay are completed within 2–4 hours, while PesoNet transfers are completed within 1 business day.

749pub reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal. This is a regulatory requirement under PAGCOR's anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Failure to provide requested documents will result in delayed withdrawal processing.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. You cannot withdraw funds to a third-party account. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit, unless otherwise approved by 749pub's finance team.

3.3 Wagering Requirements

To prevent money laundering and bonus abuse, all deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x) before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit ₱1,000, you must place at least ₱1,000 in total bets (cumulative, across any games) before you can withdraw your balance. This requirement applies to both bonus and non-bonus funds.

Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable bonus terms and conditions. Failure to meet wagering requirements before attempting withdrawal will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

749pub offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the promotions page of the Platform.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x, 30x). Games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10–20%.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonuses through strategies such as low-risk betting, opposite betting, or hedge betting will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided, and your account may be permanently closed.

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits by contacting customer support or accessing the responsible gaming settings in your account dashboard. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased for 24 hours, although it can be decreased immediately.

• Use of multiple accounts or third-party accounts

• Failure to respond to requests for identity verification documents
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request

If your account is suspended or terminated, any remaining balance will be forfeited if the suspension or termination resulted from fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms and Conditions. If the termination is at the discretion of 749pub without cause, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance, subject to standard withdrawal procedures and wagering requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 749pub, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes or balance displays
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
• Actions or inactions of third-party payment providers

Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through PAGCOR's Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanism. If the dispute cannot be resolved through ADR within 60 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 749pub. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

749pub reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms and Conditions were most recently revised.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
